Great news! After 2 months of phone calls, we finally received permission to use the football/baseball field at CHHS for our reunion. Keep in mind, the use of the CHHS fields is not a given for future reunions due to another change of owners (4th one). Now that we have the location, the time and cost TBD will be available soon. The 1st CHHS alumni committee meeting will take place this thurs, 31st. Location awaiting confirmation.
We need volunteers: finding classmates (computer or phone), car entry/parking, registration, field clean-up week B4 reunion, morning set up, evening take down, potty patrol (stocking toilet paper, paper towels/soap for handwashing stations), trash patrol (remove full bag and deposit in fenced area by entry), collect deposit bottles/cans and set in storage area, 50/50 raffle sellers. Lots of different, easy volunteer positions. The more classmates who volunteer the less work for everyone. Volunteer your spouse.
We need committe members. We need a class representative for each year. If your class does NOT have a rep and some volunteers, there will not be a table/chairs designated for that year. Get involved. Many of the volunteer positions only require 60-90 minutes the day of the reunion or some computer/phone work while you relax in your own home.
